A bit later, Edward rejoined us with someone I instantly recognized. I tried not to stare, but I said to my inner thoughts, “Wait… is this Ethnarch?” I introduced myself, shared my portfolio, of artists I’ve done campaigns for, and more. She was genuinely impressed and complimented my accomplishments!

When she stepped away, I whispered to Edward, “Was that Ethnarch?” He confirmed, and I lost it, “Holy shit, I just talked to Ethnarch!”

The night kept getting better. Gabby introduced me to her friends and colleagues, we talked about pop culture, spilled some chisme, and just vibed. As things wound down, I found Edward again (with Ethnarch nearby). I went up to her, “Hi Ethnarch, it was such a pleasure meeting you. I'm the designer who designed your website!" She lit up, “OH MY GOD. You're so talented! Thank you so much!” Then she mentioned, the creator who designed Cami XYZ's RAT album is a fan of my work. “Just know you have fans.” I was floored, “WHAT?! No way.” I told her my favorite songs from her are “Void” and “Awful.” She laughed, “Aww, who hurt you?” I joked back, “An August-Twink Virgo.” We chatted a little more, hugged, and I said, “see you later” to Edward too.

Gabby and I left together, hugged, and already planned our next LA hangout. Uber ride home, craving Domino's, I ordered pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. Back in PJs, I grabbed it downstairs, plopped on the couch, and watched more Bad Girls Club. Classic big-back activities, lol.

Couldn't have asked for a better night. Thank you, LA. <3
